Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If any items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to report any issues. We will gladly replace the defective or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges and Refunds

• Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are generally not offered. However, in cases where a replacement is not feasible, and the item is found to be defective or incorrect, we will process a refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
